What we collect

Only what you hand us. There is no account to make and nothing to log in to.

• When you send an inquiry: your name, email, and — if you fill them in — your phone number, the date, the headcount, where the gathering is, any dietary needs, and whatever you write in your own words.
• When you sign up for seasonal menus: your email address, and nothing else.
• When you simply read the site: nothing is recorded about you. This site runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts — only its own stylesheet and one small script file. If analytics are switched on, this line says which tool, whether it sets cookies, and whether it records IP addresses.

We do not ask for payment details on this website. Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages, so card details never reach this site or us. Stripe’s own privacy terms apply to that step.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to quote the work, and to turn up on the right day with the right food. Dietary information is used to build your board and for nothing else.

We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for advertising. We will not add you to the seasonal menu list because you sent an inquiry — that list is opt-in on its own.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that become orders are kept for 24 months, because of accounting or tax rules]. Inquiries that come to nothing are deleted after 90 days. Seasonal menu sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Who else sees it

The people who need to, and no one else:

• Resend — because your inquiry arrives as an email.
• Our own form endpoint, running on Cloudflare — the service that carries the form from this page to that inbox.
• Cloudflare Pages — which serves these pages and keeps short server logs.
• A venue, only when you have asked us to arrange access or timing with them directly.

Each of those has its own privacy terms: stripe.com/privacy, resend.com/legal/privacy-policy and cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Cookies

As built, this site sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels. Nothing on it follows you to another website. If that changes — an analytics tool, an embedded map, a booking widget — this section has to change with it, before the thing is switched on.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Every seasonal menu email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list rather than marking you quiet.

Asking us anything

Write to [email protected], or use the form and say what it is about. A person reads it — there is nothing automated on this side.

If we change this page we will change the date at the top, and if the change is a significant one we will say so on the page rather than quietly swapping the wording.
